I am don't know the policy about reminders so I won't comment on it.i can only apologize for the delay.

Notices go out in January and usually we send a second reminder in Feb, although not always. After 2.5 months of hearing nothing, we assume there is no further interest from the party.

Unfortunately with the way email is blocked, scanned, and lost regularity, often times one side or another does not receive a notice or a response. This is our primary reason for making dealer and industry partner accounts payable every January and July. (Depending on if paid in 6 or 12 month payments!) Perhaps in the future, we'll be able to send snail mail reminders to every party, but at this time we rely entirely on email.

I apologize for any problems this has caused you or anyone else.

Tim-Sorry about that. I suspect your e-mail got eaten by the arfkom spam filter. I get so much crap to my arfkom e-mail that the stuff marked spam gets basically deleted, unforunately it sometimes makes a mistake marking stuff spam. I just had another dealer IM me with a similar complaint about my not getting an e-mail from him.

I think I should set up a different e-mail account, but have put it off for reasons of convenience.

I just wish I could do more to help with these things,but since they require some computer skills THEY do not let me touch anything!

For those who wondered why I posted this in a public forum in the first place, I did so to get fast action, nothing more.

Nothing personal was meant by bringing Ed Sr. or Kevin's name into this. In fact, I never expected Ed.Sr. to reply, but to forward along, which he did. But I didn't hear anything after that.

So, being a businessperson, I needed to take care of this quickly and public posting was a way I could get broad exposure of the issue to the people who could make it happen. As I told Ed Sr., it was business, not personal.

And happen, it did.

I am now back up and running as a paid dealer, with all my previous forum messages, etc., intact.

Thanks to Aimless, Goatboy and Ed Sr. for seeing this through.  I appreciate it and wanted to give credit where due.  It's unfortunate this got messed up in the first place, but shit happens.

So, mods, you can please lock this thread as it's no longer required.  I ask that you leave it up for a while so that folks will know the outcome.
