Nice work. It's amazing anything can get done at all around here.

I haven't seen Shawn this incensed over anything...ever.

You can post about flashlights to your little hearts content, don't call people TONKS or you'll get the boot. (for the 80th time) Derek was the one who started using TONK as a generic derogatory term for hispanics, whatever he may claim to the contrary, I can read english and know what they said. You can thank him for the TONK ban.

YOU took offense to it. and no one else seemed to, as has ALSO been explained 80 times, but you seem fit to omit here. Need a job, I hear CBS is hiring, Credibility is of course, Optional.
And the dreaded term fits ILLEGALS...once again, Reading IS Fundamental.

I thought Ed had been pretty clear about this one, ~~consider what hills in life you were willing to die defending.~~and I'll run everyone off, piss off advertisers, trash this site, and the streets will flow with the blood of the non-compliant!!!

All of the staff on this site seem to think that the advertisers exist solely BECAUSE of the site. Perhaps someone should look up the term "Symbiotic".

Apologies, Staff/Mods are used interchangably.

Most folks dont know the diff. I do and should've known better than to use the word.

All Staff are Mods, but not all Mods are Staff.

Mods have a specific area that they moderate threads. They can lock threads and throw them away in their own area. Mods can not lock user accounts. You have to be staff to do that from my understanding.

Affirmative, but staff can roam freely and perform the duties of mods in areas where there are already Mods.

I mean what the fuck, don't do as I do, do as I say is no way to lead.

"Don't use questionable and/or derogatory terms" would be acceptable.

When he asked someone to point out where he bragged, and I replied with the link to the specific page and post, he came off with what might be considered an apology, but only long enough for the thread to be locked and trashed, so nobody could see it. If I had an employee treat the customers like that, I'd promptly show him the door.
