The make your own PD idea is good, I don't know if it would work, but you could have class III weapons cheap.

From a tactical/survival standpoint that would be a good place to own.
One road in and out, surrounded by mountains, and water close by. Heck, I'll throw in $27.00 too. |

Heck Ill go $50.00. we could get David Basha to build us a store for food. In that store only you have to be carrying to enter. Hey we could make it one of those places where every one has to carry.

... I absolutely love that drive east to Apache Lake. Definitely some of the better geography in the State within a 30 mile radius of the homestead.
