Well the DOJ and ATF will track you down if you do this frequently.......usually not too much of a big deal but they'll want to know who you are........

Not true. Despite their being your property, you are not allowed to sell as many as you want without your having an FFL. The limits are 10 long guns and "infrequent" handguns per year. The regs say "infrequent" which is ill-defined, but apparently the ATF enforces this after 7 handguns. |

I wasn't sure, but I remembered reading something in California laws about 5 a year?

Well....I've never actually seen numbers anywhere on the CALDOJ or BATF side but they do look........doens't apply to CALI but FFLs have to report more than two handguns in a five day period to the same person..... Why?..... |
