Has anyone tried to modify an AK mag to limit it to 10 rounds?  Anyone figure out a way to load it when it's fixed in a receiver?  I'm thinking of cutting up some old ones and trying to come up with a way to make them either hinged, or open a slot in the back and load them while fixed so that they are Kali compliant.  Any ideas?
