Is it legal to sell a post banned non collapsible stock to a buyer in California? or any non AR15 friendly state in the US.
I'm selling my stock and want to know if it's OK to sell to a buyer in CA.

Are you talking about just the stock?  You can sell any kind of stock to any kind of person if you want.  It's not a controlled item, it's only a stock.

Thank you.  Yes it's just a Bushmaster post banned fixed tele stock that I removed from my post banned M4.  I installed a collapsible and I do not know what to do with the old one.  It's in a box and ready to be sold like yesterday.
