I haven't heard of anything that takes effect tomorrow - or may be I have and I've decided to forget.

Did the demonrats take a year off seeing as how it's an election year this year?

I heard something about the DROS fees can now be spent on anything.

The loaded chamber indicator passed in '03 but doen't effect until '06.  I hope we're going to have a 100 year party for the 30-06 then.

Thank Professor - looks like a year off compared to last year and 2000

I'm still debating on if I'm staying in California - retiring out of the Navy or re-enlisting and taking orders out of here.
