We have been looking for a few years now in Walton County and just went into contract on 80+ acres outside of DeFuniak. Anyone in the area have recommendations on well drillers, surveyors, and a good place that will build a big shop? Any other input about building in Walton is appreciated too. We plan on splitting our time between there and the Keys, up until and if the time comes that miami runs us out of here; it already ran me out in 93’, I see signs of it here now in the middle Keys too. We plan on running the rig up there and staying in the shop and rig while we are up there until we can afford to put a house on it.
