Any Idea What Phil Charges for an FFL Transfer???????????????
 I had another dealer out of St. Petersburg that charged a flat fee of $50 plus +++ 3% of the value of the rifle. (This is just an FFL transfer, not ordering the rifle). Is this the going rate??? |
