Going SBR in Marion County, how hard is it to get Form1 signed here?
Who to see about signing it?
Finger prints (give a member the business if possible)?
Thank you for any advice.

Is Sheriff Dean still in office?  If so, don't plan on getting him to sign-off your form. He is a major democrat, attorney, and FOB (as in klinton).

When I talked with a couple C3 dealers in the county here, they told me that Dean signs them. Yes he is a democrat and a lawyer. That being said, he knows the laws, and signs them accordingly. Check with Sandy or Cecil out at the Armory. Probably Cecil, since Sandy might ask all types of questions as to why you would want a thing like that.

The biggest thing Sheriff Dean wants to know is what happens to them when you die.  Trust me he signs off on class 3 stuff.  Even though he is both a dem and a lawyer he not too bad.
