Shooters on University Blvd & I95 is a good place or transfers, but they only accept them from another FFL, not directly from an individual.

If you are in the Orange Park / Middleburg area, Middleburg Pawn with do a transfer from a priviate owner for like $25

Don't know what they charge but both places are real friendly.

I just did a transfer through Shooters. They are very friendly and easy to work with.

OK, dont call me crazy, but there is a Dog Groomer at the beach who is also an FFL. To my knowledge, they have the cheapest price for transfers, you can look them up under Doghouse on 3rd St.
