I'll assume the C&R is an annual club discount membership or something. I just went ahead and paid Brownell's $48 price, as I don't buy enough stuff from them to justify an annual club membership. Thanks guys.....
I really like the tritium site on my PTR-91, so I wanted to slap one on my Saiga 12 that also has HK rifle sites too.

C&R is a Curio and Relics FFL which can be obtained rather easily once the proper paperwork and fee is filed. Allows a "dealer" discount at some places and transfer of C&R rated firearms.
