I just finished the M3 conversion of my USC carbine yesterday and added the Surefire M910A-RD I got from Calvin at Brightflashlights.com today. I'm currently waiting on the return of my Form 1 application for manufacturing a short-barreled rifle. As soon as I get it back, I'll be swapping in the 8" UMP submachine gun barrel. This carbine is a blast to shoot!
 I added a stock photo of the USC so you can see "before and after."

After the barrel swap, it will look very much like the one below.

Very nice.
 I almost went the same route recently, but I settled for a MP-5 clone instead. Congrats! |

The iron sights can't be used with the Aimpoint as positioned so I removed it to get it out of the way and, more importantly, out of my field of view. |
