My good friend is interested in finding and purchasing an HK rifle some time next year, he doesn't know much about them, just what we've seen on their official site.  So my question is do they make a semi-auto HK 33 for the consumer market?  Really, he just wants an HK that fires .223 like the 33.  I showed him the vulcan arms HK clone that is about the same thing but he wants the real thing if it exists.  thanks.

HK no longer sells the HK33 or its civilian counterpart the HK93.

If he want's the real thing he will need to by a used HK93. They usually go for about $2200.00

Vector arms make HK53 and HK93 clones that are good: www.vectorarms.com/guns/hk_rifles.htm

Avoid Vulcan. It is junk.
