At long last I am the proud owner of a FAL. I have always wanted a FAL but always seamed to miss out on the good deals. My wait has at long last come to a end. I just traded for this L1A1 today and only have about $600.00 in it. Now all I need is to trash the butthole stock and get some 922 parts and I'm good to go.So how do you guys think I did?

Yep all you have to do is change out the butthole stock and go 922r compliance and you'll be hooked for life.That's exactly how my gun once looked. Does it take Inch or metric mags??
Here mine now.


It used to be all black with a tripod and X-series buttstock from dsa.

Interesting - looks like a Brit lower with a Belgian G1 barrel (from the unique flash hider) on a Argentine or possibly Imbel receiver and a Tapco scope mount.
