Hey picked up a Para FAL folder at a gunshow today. What do I need to make it work on my FAL? Metric lower, metric upper.

If you have a standard metric lower for fixed stocks, you will need a Para lower, Para Carrier, Para Pivot Block Connecting Screw and Para Steel Top Cover (metric receiver - no nose at front, no stand-off at rear or para cut receivers - nose at front, stand-off at rear). You can have your standard receiver modified, but it may be easier/less work to buy a para lower.

Thanks, the folder has the lower attached to it.

You will also need para rear sights and para recoil springs.

If you have an inch upper & metric lower, can you put a folding para stock on it?

You can but sights will be something you will have to work out as most para rear sights are set up for metric style front sights. Inch, Argie and Izzy are all different heights (taller) than the metric versions so sights will be off.
