Well my first cmp rifle is due tommorrow and while I wait, i decided I would like to find out more about my rifle.

Does anyone know what year or where to find the production data for a 3.6 mill springfield serial number?

Oh the wait for the BWT tommorrow, finely look forward to going to work.

I have scotts duff book. The M1 Garand serial numbers & Data Sheets. If i read the book correctly it looks like march of 45 ther abouts. Iam no expert, but hope that helps.[
