Anyone pulled the trunnion from their ACR?

My coyote receiver is about to head out to get SBR engraved, and I'm thinking I'll have it cerakoted when it gets back.  It looks like it will be best if I can strip it all the way down, remove the rails and trunnion.

Is it just remove the screws, and drive out the two roll pins?  Or is there something else I need to know about before I whip out the tools?

No, that’s basically it, pretty easy.

Drive out the roll pins using a 5/32 punch then remove the bolts.  Otherwise you will stretch out your receiver when the roll pin drags the receiver away from the trunnion.

Defently the correct way. Roll pins first, then screws. No big deal.

Got it stripped down, it's out for engraving and cerakote now.

The top roll pin was a pita to get out, but everything else was easy.

Same thing on mine. The top one came out really hard for what ever reason
