I can conceal carry a PDW in a manner that doesn't attract attention. A middle aged guy in FL with a sling bag, no shirt, shorts, and sandles on the beach is commonplace. It is easier to publicly carry my PS90 than my off duty pistol. The 5.7x28mm SS198LF LE Restricted Load is no laughing matter either. 
The PS90 SBR is a PDW and does what an AR can't. It acts as a concealable PDW and is immediately deployable for a gun with an overall length of 20 inches and a 50rd capacity. Even the 7 inch AR braces pistols aren't that form fitting or compact. |

Underscore says "dual wield PS90s"... That made my day.
However they are very cool and I enjoyed having the normal one while I did but it was just a curiosity thing for me and I saw no real reason other than fun to grab it over my ARs. |

He hee, “SS198LF LE Restricted Load”. Other than out of stock issues, non-LEOs don’t have any trouble getting SS198.

A 20" gun with 50rds of fairly effective ammunition on tap?? Can be used for lots of stuff. A vehicle/truck/get home gun when faced with the riots and roving mobs of shtfantasy comes to mind...

Now that Ruger has their 57 out at 1/2 the price of the FN 57, I hope this round gains more traction and gets more ammo manufacturers onboard.
My local FFL has a blue label PS90 that I keep eyeing, but just can't bring myself to spend the $1k for it. |
