Filed 2: 2/16 Both approved: 4/19 Email received on Sunday, no draft watermark. Quick question... I am waiting on my first which I efiled on 2/17. What is the watermark? Can you build the SBR as soon as you get approval or do you need to wait for the watermark? The watermark says "DRAFT" in grey lettering across all pages. If you get it you need to email Ted Clutter and he can have it removed. Usually takes an extra day or two. You can build as soon as you have your stamp, assuming your receiver has been engraved. |

Submitted my first one on 17 APR 15.
Just hoping all will go smooth. Will post when I hear back but until then, am waiting patiently. |
Submitted on 4/23 after several beers and many headaches. Firefox sucks.

2/18 NO JOY YET
It's killing me (wait times have doubled since I've submitted) |
Not an E-file but...
Mailed my Form 1 in on 4/18/15 Arrived in Atlanta on 4/20/15 Check was cashed by the ATF on 4/23/15 And now I wait...hoping that my forms were filled out correctly |
I would recommend logging in every week to check. More than a month my approval was done with no notification email sent out at all!
I got multiple emails when I first started the process and one a few days later when it went into research so I assumed I would get the approval email. |
Crap, processing times are growing exponentially. I need to file for another SBR.
Took longer than anticipated. Now I can start spending money I don't have!!

I want to eFile another also but I also want to wait and see if the times will decrease some like they did last year. I have two more I want to send in ASAP.

So youre going to wait a couple months to see if the time shortens from 60 days to 30 days? View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Good advise on logging in and checking. My email never showed up. Only missed 1 day and just got the engraving done today. 2/17 to 4/26

SBR, submitted 2/17/15 - approved 4/28/15
SBR, submitted 2/18/15 - approved 4/28/15 SBR, submitted 3/10/15 - approved 4/28/15 All Efiled form 1. Only waiting on two more, I promise that's all, I'll take some of the heat for increased times (blame the ATF and hedging against P41). Interesting to note the 3/10 submit date getting approved, it was the same receiver make and caliber as the 2/17 - 4/28 approval that came today. The two I had approved yesterday where the same receiver make and caliber too. (will cross post in the other approval time thread) |
Submitted 2/17 and got an email from the ATF at 4:23A PST that it was approved today 4/28
So hopefully I will be about May 14th if this timeline holds true

Submitted two (efile trust) on 2/18.
One approved 4/29. No word on other yet, but I'm expecting a rejection as I know I botched the serial number on the submission. Don't ask.... I'm an idiot. |
As evidenced by the first post on this page there is slight order being followed but I don't think it matters. On NFA tracker there's a few from March being approved. Like an idiot I went ahead and submitted two more PSA lowers for SBR.

If you sort the e-file column on nfatracker to "yes", you'll see several approvals from 2/18 approved on 4/29, all approved by examiner Jason Bowers. |

I noticed that. I sent in another app for a stamp for a 6.8 SBR. Maybe I get lucky and get all of mine at the same time.
