I want to turn a new barrel for this revolver. Got it for a pittance thanks to the ringed bore but everything else checked out fine.

Is the barrel pressed in? Glued? Threaded?

I can't find a definitive answer for the most recent production models. I'm almost certain it's threaded in but before I go through the trouble of making a vise jaw and start cranking on the barrel I'd prefer to be 100% sure.

All that I have seen have screwed in barrels.

If I remember correctly they are pinned and threaded. Knock out the pin and unscrew the barrel.

Two for threaded. Easy enough - thank you both!
