Airsoft Vanguard seems to have the new model in stock.

Collapsible stock

I ordered a CA BT folder from them when I couldn't find it anywhere else.  The transaction was smooth and I had it in about 9 days total.

Check with san antonio airsoft that is where I got mine.  I know they had nice folders last week at the austin gun show.
