Back in the 1980’s I would buy cool things on impulse.  I have a collection of new Gerber and Buck knives that’s been getting in the way.  A few I put into use as edc and vehicle use.  I just came upon another, a brand new 426 from 1985 or so.  Not sure if I should use it or sell it.  Not sure what’s its worth.  Keep it or sell it, what do ya think?

The are all over EBay, not worth much. $25 or so.

I say keep it or find somebody that will use it, it is not really worth selling if you have to pay any fees.

God, I haven't seen one of those in years. My uncle used to always carry one on him.

Cool. I always wanted those as a kid. They used to have a BSA edition in the Boy Scout catalogs that I got that I'd have probably killed for.

I like that kind of sheath too. All of the factory nylon belt sheaths now seem to be thick, padded deals.

I had one of those BSA editions. I loved that knife.
