Probably not for a while if any since the commercial scar 16 comes from Belgium.

They have not even release the SSR or the damn SSR stock for me to buy.

I think we were/are fortunate enough to get barrels (20",13" & 10.0"). Never mind complete SBR's

Is it really necessary? Once I got my stamp and seekonk torque wrench it took about 60 seconds.

I wasn't either until I came to the conclusion the my name and town looked better on a gun than "please read the instruction manual before handling firearm".
