Do the Beretta barrels work on a Taurus PT92 as well? The two barrels appear to be identical, but I haven't ever actually tried swapping them.

The two barrels appear to be identical, but I haven't ever actually tried swapping them. +1 of do they work on the PT-92/PT-99 family (or at least the older ones) Not that I need a reason to look for another can... but it sounds easier than trying to get a 9mm barrel for a G22 and having it threaded |

Tag - to remind me to call Gemtech tomorrow, and for info on the Taurus-Beretta swap. I was just getting ready to send of my 92 barrel to be threaded. With that killer price, though, I'll just order a separate one instead!
I have a friend who recently picked up a PT99 - and who has a Tundra waiting on a F4 - while I have a Beretta 92FS. He said he should coming to our usual bi-weekly USPSA match this weekend, so if nobody knows for sure by then, I will make sure to get him to bring his 99 out while I bring my 92 and we can try to swap the barrels on Saturday. |

Some have reported problems with them, but I've had good luck with my 9mm conversion barrel for the Glock 35. And they come already threaded. The threaded G17 barrel I have works well too. |
