I believe there was one on subguns.com attached to a m16 for sale within the last 6 months, check some of the bigname class III like Rubin Mendoza?sp they might be able to help.

What you are looking for is the Military Armament Corporation MA1 (I think). I had one about 30+ years ago & sold it to Dan Shea. It is 1.25"OD, 12" long, back over the barrel about 3", had a collet to tighten on the barrel, and a gas relief vent from the rear of the entrance chamber. Not overly efficient, but adequate.
