Mod note: We all like to share when we buy a new can, or multiple cans...as sometimes our friends and family just aren't quite as excited as we are. So, post it up, tell us all...get it off your chest. What did you buy? Tell us where and how much if you want to. Heck, tell us why you chose it over something else if you want to. Tell us the host(s) you plan on using. It's your moment in the spotlight, so be proud...we may be the only ones who actually care and/or understand.
Ordered a Silencerco Octane 9 and an AAC SDN-6 from the new Silencer Shop website. I bought the stamps from them too. |

Those stickies have been in Gen NFA since 2018, chief. |

Bought a YHM Turbo T2 on 4/14, hopefully will get to go certify it soon.
I'm excited for this one, might get a few more YHM QD mounts to put on a couple rifles and pistols while I wait. |

Bought a Hybrid 46M last Friday, haven’t bought a suppressor in about 5 years, so first form 4 with eforms. I did a form 1 when it first launched and updated all my info before buying this can. Friend runs the dealer so should be in the loop. Used SS kiosk

Just put a YHM R9 and an otter creek polonium in jail last week. Let’s see what this e-forms hype is all about.
|
|
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Just bought a Surefire RC2 and a Deadair Sandman S. First suppressor purchase, have a few SBR's but have always been turned off from suppressors due to wait times. Seeing the turn around times on Eforms for F4's has helped put aside my uneasiness, so here we go...
RC2 will go on my MK18 and M4A1 inspired rifles, sandman S will be used on a 11.5" criterion build. I'm stoked! |

Just paid for a Surefire SOCOM762rc2 from SS.
1st can, did a F1 SBR about 12 or 13 years ago, and got that back in 29 days. Im not expecting that quick of a turnaround, but I am hoping its not 400+..... |

Today I bought a YHM turbo K and a Rex Silentium mod X in 458. It's been almost three years since my last can and I have a couple more headed to my dealer that I'll put in once they arrive.
Excited to be back in the game, but hate the waiting so much. Hopefully these three and four month electronic wait times materialize vs the 8 months on paper last time. |

Everything Well, except the booster one, assuming you'll get a pistol can at some point. I haven't taken that out of the package yet. IMO 36m is a modular rifle can that can go on a 9mm if you're trying to prove a point. Mine rotates between 3 ARs, .308 and 6.5 bolts with the ASR & direct thread mounts, and the .30 and 5.56 endcaps. For some reason they made like five 6.5 endcaps then discontinued them. |

I purchased a Dead Air Sandman S.

Got the call that my CGS Mod 9SK stamp had arrived, "only" took 352 days after they cashed the check. Had to "celebrate" by putting yet another can in jail. Saw the Griffin $200 promo and bought an Explorr 224.

Just purchased up a Yhm Turbo T2 for my 11.5”. Fourth can to go along with my Resonator R2, K, and Rex Mg7.308. This will be my first efile, so fingers crossed it goes 3 months or less.

Just filed my eform through Silencer Shop for my first suppressor.
Picked up an Otter Creek Polonium. Luckily I bought it 2 weeks ago before Jay dropped the review on Pew Science. Now they're OOS everywhere. Now the hard part of trying to forget I bought it until my stamp clears. Wish me luck. |

My dealer finally got in the MG7 in 458 bore I asked about. Jailed it today. Hopefully this eform submission is reasonably fast like the last one was.

I had another moment of weakness. Dead Air Sandman S is now waiting for my permission slip to bring it home.
I swear once you start down the path after number 4 you keep thinking, "Sure I could use one more... " |

The only time when enough is enough is when you have more cans and than host…even that is debatable. |

Brownells has great quality components at low prices with fast shipping and excellent customer service.

Submitted my paperwork to atf yesterday for a DA Nomad 30. Guess we’ll see if this eforms 90 day thing is real or not.
This will be the 5th one |

It’s not about posting approvals, complaints, anything about current wait time trends, etc. Post what you bought. Post a pic if you want. Put everything else where it belongs…which isn’t here. |

I’ll play…
I just FO’d on a threaded 9mm commander barrel for $65 delivered from Sarco. (Nobody at my house cares either.) |

I just bought my first, two of them.
One week after completing all of my paperwork would you believe my local dealer ran a sale -- where they cover the price of the tax stamp for cans in inventory?! I bought a Mask for my Ruger 22 Mark IV 22/45 on Thursday. The next day, the last day of the sale, there was an RC2 in stock and I just couldn't resist. It's going on my 11.5" Geissele. I learned you have to stay on top of this stuff. The first salesman was fantastic and handled processing very well. The second guy was not as familiar with the process. I had to call the store on Monday when I didn't see it in the Silencer Shop queue. Sure enough the second guy missed something. The other guy took care of it and now it's moving along. So grateful for the shop's computer system! Still processing the paperwork, but looks like full submissions this week and then I can start the clock. |

Went to finish the paperwork on a Griffin 224 and impulsively bought a B&T SQD 9mm can just because the modified three lug attachment is cool. Tried it out, thought it was super slick, and walked out the store. Sat down in my car, looked back at how cool it was (would look good on my APC9K too), and walked right back into the store like a clown.

Purchased my first can last weekend. A Sparrow. Already wanting to go back for the DA Mask and probably a Nomad 30. I can see how this gets addictive quickly.

I told the wife, "Just one more" and FO'ed on a DA Nomad 30.
Almost snagged a DA Nomad LT too when I was competing my eform 4, but I was afraid of sleeping on the couch indefinitely, so I'll wait. |

View Quote The 30's a good can, don't feel bad about not getting the LT - for me, I have the 30 on my 300blk gun...I tried it neck-and-neck with a Sandman-L on a 6.5 creedmore Sig Cross and honestly I liked the Nomad 30's tone better (and it felt lighter). However, my Sandman will live on my HK G3k clone or SCAR17; my 30 is direct threaded onto my 300blk...so my 6.5 creed needs a can that doesn't weigh 4lb and is massively overbuilt for a bolt gun |

Bought an Omega 45k and PBS-1 Wolverine.
Pretty stoked to suppress some AKs. Haven't been this excited about a suppressor since I hit 100 stamps. |

I bought my first ever pistol silencer, Rugged Obsidian45 last week through SS. My first NFA item post 41f
