I've seen a couple and shot them. They seem to be very well made (and converted). The actions were smooth and they were reasonably accurate. I liked them. |

There are several different Israeli mausers. Some are converted from WWII rifles. This batch is supposed to be built in the 50's as .308 and the best of the lot. I just hung up from them and the woman was rude. I have a dealer that I can send it too, but they refuse to sell it to me. They ewant the dealeer to order it, but the dealer will not as he doesn't like to do business with them.
As soon as she found out I did not have an FFl, she stopped the conversation. |

I got an Isreali 308 98k frm SOG a few moths ago, Well used and kinda rough on outside but has a good barrel. It has a pre war 1936 S/42 " mauser production" recvr. Don't expect an exc condition rifle, the Isreali's are kinda rough on weapons !
