Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Air Rifle Scopes <$50

I am most likely getting a RWS 34 pellet rifle for some general plinking and hunting and was wondering what kind of scope and mounts you guys sugest. Also does anyone have any experience with the RWS scope that comes on the 34 combo package. Lets try to keep the price less that $50, but if someting is a world beater for a few dollars more I dont mind.

I had a BSA 4x32 .22 special on my Winchester airgun.  It's recently migrated to a Marlin model 60.  It works fine for being a cheap scope.  The adjustments work, it's clear enough to hit bottlecaps at 50 yards consistently, and it was only $25 (came with its own rings).  MJD

Ask at the swfa/riflescopes.com Industry forum. Bigger airguns kill cheap scopes which were not designed to handle the force of the piston slamming fwd, similar to the way FALs with their fat carriers eat weak scopes.
