What should I use to pattern a shotgun with.  I'll be useing bird shot and want to see which brands does the best in each of my guns.

I have used: butcher paper, newspaper, gift wrapping paper and old window blinds.
All to good effect.  The best was prolly the blinds.  the pellets make real nice little holes in it and ease up the counting chores.

I line up three or four plates, be sure to take then from the bottom of the stack so the wife doesnt find out.  Joe
