Most of this ammo currently on the market will be the stuff demilled and reassembled by Talon. It doesn't always light, but it's otherwise fine.

I have some too. Not de-milled either. Around the same year markings. All is sure fire but some light up and some don't. This is in broad daylight too, so maybe if it was dark out they may have a better percentage. Good stuff for starting fires. Shoot some blocks of wood and they smoke for some time afterward.

Yeah, my bro has had this stuff stored for years, I also found about 4 Winchester Super rounds, some realoaded softpoints that are way out of spec and those 2 tracer rounds.
