Do you mean "straighten" or "strengthen"?

If you mean "straighten" then yes, there's lots of places that can do that properly. There's the name gunsmiths such as Wilson, Baer, Brown, etc.  Certainly there's other lessor known but also good gunsmiths.

Go to a gunshow & ask around for one in your area. If not, go to the above mentioned web sites & shoot them an e-mail & ask what they'd charge for service.
