A friend of mine wants to get one (an M4 postban), and I certainly want to help out anyone that wants to start out on ARs. He's a college student, so he doesn't want to pay more than necessary ... who does?
 I've myself bought two from Jersey City Armory (Greg Monte) at a great price, but his site just seems to be an ar15.com mirror site now. Is Greg still is business (I remember hearing something about a lawsuit against the AFT)? If not, what are other good places to get a good price. I've seen good prices from S.O.G. but do you have to be a dealer to buy from them, or can you order it and pay for it as long as your FFL has mailed them a copy? Thanks for any help. |

I didn't know SOG sold bushmasters. How much did you find one there for? Or do you mean AIM?

No, I mean SOG - they sent me a catalog (maybe because i have a C&R FFL), and they had a bunch of bushmasters NIB. I think the M4 (postban) was $760 or something - but I still don't know if you have to be a "dealer" to order from them, or if he has to pay his dealer some huge markup because only dealers can order? |
