Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Delaware Gun laws

Hi there, A friend of mine maybe moving to Delaware. We are both kind of curious what the gun laws are like there. I looked on the NRA web page and at packing.org. However, there is no mention of semi auto rifles...should that tell me something right there? My friend wants to own some highly accurate AR's M1A's and  if anyone can bring me up speed, I'd be very interested. Thanks!

Often times in here well meaning folks will provide some outdated advice.  When it comes to legal stuff, it pays to do your own research if you're not going to pay a lawyer to do it for you.  (Then again, there are a good number of lawyers in here).
