I'm getting a bushmaster 20 inch full size in soon.  What I do is get a .22LR of what ever I get.  That way I can put thousands of rounds through it training and not break the bank. I know all about the conversion kits out there.  The question is does any body make a real dedicated .22LR AR-15?

Yes... There are at least 2 places you can get a .22LR upper setup from. You got to get the conversion kit first, and you end up with a 'dedicated .22LR upper' for $400-600 (iirc). It's a .22 barrel + .22 conversion kit in a standard AR upper (and they usually toss in a mag or two). Just snap it on your lower, plug in the .22 mag, and go...

Others will have more info, I'm just spitting back what I read elsewhere.

excuse my ignorance here, but why buy a "dedicated" .22LR upper if you still have to use a Ciener Kit ?? makes no sense to me !!!!!!!

it seems to me a hell of a lot cheaper to just buy the Ciener kit & use it in any AR-15 type rifle...

i get damn good accuracy from my SP-1, the Colt Gov't Carbine i bought from a LEO, said he used the Ciener kit in that rifle for training purposes & it was very accurate for that purpose...

You need the Ciener (or USGI) kit to act as the bolt carrier group.

The .22 upper give MUCH better accuracy.  Its like comparing the accuracy of a bull barreled custom 10/22 to that of the AR-7.

Depends on your definition of 'Darn Good'.  The .223 barrels are fine for practice but you won't win any matchs and you can forget shooting at 100 yards with any accuracy.
