Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Flat- top Upper and Accessories for Pre-Ban??

I am interested in purchasing a 5.56mm pre-ban configured upper for my pre-ban 7.62 Colt lower.

I am leaning toward the RRA flat-top 16-inch upper with the mid length handguards.  I would like to add a 2x or 4x red-dot scope and a rail system.  

Any suggestions or advice.

when ya git some good info let me in on it, i got a Colt M4 FlatTop wyth just a handle, the other is a FlatTop on a Gov't Carbine w/ a Colt Tac Optic..., but it's on a UPS truck somewhere in this grrrrrrrrrrrreat country, i'll let ya know how i lyke the Colt Optic after i have used it on both FlatTops...

that's the best i got for now.........
