308 or 30-06.... it doesn't matter one bit... a Garand en-bloc clip is an en-bloc clip.... they all work in a Garand.. no special clips for a 308 Garand...Ammoman.com has a lot of Garand clips...

.30-06, .308, .270 and .243 all have the same diameter casing and will work in the same M-1 clip.

wow all gone?, I'm glad I picked up 100 clips a few months ago, all were new, never used, well, one was used but the rest were brand new. |

Fulton Armory and Orion have clips. They're a little expensive IMO, though.
If you will buy a very large quantity Numrich Gunparts probably has the best deal. These are the only sources I know of. |

Stainless is already a standard feature on the M1, that gas cylinder, plug and lock are all stainless. Now, I could do without the shine of a stainless barrel in the white, get it to Robar or some other finisher sho can blacken that up for you. |

As much as I hate to say it, you might check on E-bay. I bought 50 like new clips for about 55 cents a piece.

actually the M1 is WWII rebuilt with new everything justabout.. the barrel is stainless match.. in .308 its very very very pretty.. no dings or scratches

You could try your local gun shop and give them some business, or pick up a copy of the shotgun news or gunlist and flip through that. Or you could go to www.franklinsofathens.com, which is the local gun shop where I buy all my ammo and accesories. Call or e-mail them, they're good folks who will ship anywhere in the USA as long as its legal where you are(they only ship guns only to other FFL dealers of course). I worked in their fishing dept during high school and the guys on the gun counter tought me a ton about firearms. Like I said they're good folks and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Check out the Sportsman's Guide. The last I saw they had a great deal on a 20 pack of Garand Clips. Those should keep you rockin' and rollin' for a while.

I always thought the Garand held 10 rds. In medal of honor(pc game) it holds 10.. maybe its just a game eh?
