I have the Oly Arm's FIRSH on my BM Shorty... normally I love it. Yesterday, when I took out my AR for the first time in a while. I noticed that my FIRSH rail system was rolling around with a little effort. By holding onto the KA foregrip, I could swing it around. I haven't fooled with the screw at all... it just seemed to be tight, then it wasn't.

Any ideas?

It uses some allen wrench that doesn't fit anything I have.

The screw is a common allen wrench head in B-Squares driver bit set for gunsmiths.

You know - it was the Canadians that afflicted us with the metric system here in North America.
