A friend of mine is looking at putting together an AR and is looking for a good price from a reputable dealer on a Bushmaster kit. Any suggestions to an online source? Thanks.

jim,
just a suggestion. i would stick with bushmaster's own site if i was your friend. service is fast and reliable. if there is a problem, i am sure they will bend over backwards to correct it. that, to me, is worth the few bucks you "might" save going somewhere else.

There is a wait at the moment for barrels.  I ordered on Tuesday, and they told me that it prolly wouldn't ship until around the 1st of May.

Just FYI.

BTW, that's for a postban 16" A3 HBAR.

After my friend and I started shopping, we've realized that the wait is a given right now, regardless of manufacturer. At any rate, after much cussing, discussing, and reading comments here and elsewhere, we've decided to go with redray's suggestion. Thanks for everyone's time.
