depends if its a tear gas round, or a pest removal round
acually, i dont know. any round that can be used on a human target it illegal. so no flechetts. i think a flare could be shot at a person, but i guess not. i have no idea on that round. could be a scam. |

The 37mm gas, baton, beanbag and stinger (rubber buckshot) rounds don't come on a Form 5 like other destructive devices, but I have been told by ATF that 37mm rounds with a 37mm launcher constitues aa destructive device. I would contact ATF and ask for an opinion letter before doing anything.
