My understanding of the Crime Bill in regards to semi-auto shotguns is that they can only hold up to 5 rounds if they have a pistol grip, correct?  Almost every M1S90 Tactical I see on Gunbroker.com is NIB, not preban, comes with both stocks, and is pictured w/ the pistol grip stock and the 7 shot tube.  Am I missing something here?

Yes; what you're missing is that the owner can choose to install the pistol-grip stock, as long as they remove the mag extension and replace it with one that will limit mag capacity to 5 rounds.

I understand this, but as I mentioned these guns are featured with the pistol grip stock and the 7 round tube.

Well, it's the same thing as people selling obviously-post-ban ARs configured with pre-ban features.  They are more interested in making money than worrying that they might be making one of their customers and unwitting felon.
