Do these compensators attract a lot of fouling?  I've never had anything with a brake on it.  I'm getting a Bushmaster M4.  What do you do to clean these?  I seen some compensator spray in a catolog that says the fouling won't be able to stick to the brake very well.  Ever try anything like this?  Oh, one more thing.  Is there any new cleaning equipment I'm going to need for my AR, where normal rifle cleaning equipment won't work?  Thanks Guys!!!

They do attract fouling just like all parts of the barrel, but you just use some Gunscrubber and a barrel mop (the corresponding size) and it cleans right up.

Don't worry 'bout it.

i just sop up some of the excess bore cleaner with a wood shaft q-tip and touch it up each cleaning.

they don't attract very much residue.
