Post Ban Ruger 10/22 hicap mags LEO/GOV/MIL Only...Is there such a thing?

I remember hearing that rugermags.com was grinding off the markings...just wondered if they were sold in the States to LEO.

Ummmm...Sheriff, I want to order some hicap 10/22 magazines...you know..for duty use...I am going to..ummmm...use this on the entry team...ya'..that's it..that's the ticket!

There are export/LEO 10/22 hi-caps. Butler Creek makes 'em and they are available in Canada unrestricted. I go to Canada on occasion and have seen then in Walmart and gunshops. Just have to remember to throw them away before coming back into the states.  You could buy them from an FFL the same way you buy other LEO mags if you can find an FFL who has them. Not much demand in LE for 22 mags.
