I have a TD VFG thats been painted with krylon, and primed with krylon primer...and I was wondering if there is a safe way to remove the paint/primer without harming the plastic underneath.

If you guys have any ideas, that would be great.

Thanks!

I would use Mek, acetone or something similar.  It shouldn't harm your vfg.  I use acetone to prep plastic for paint.

I'd start with carb cleaner.  It will take the paint off for sure.  Spray it down and take an old rag and wipe.  Repeat as needed.  If it doesn't get the primer go for the MEK.

Just watch the fumes...especially with the MEK.
