Guys what is the best method for cleaning lens and the tube? Can I use Q-tips with some kind of cleaning solution? Compressed air to remove the heavy stuff then follow up with Q-tips?

As for cleaining the lenses, I first use some air, then an anti-static camel hair brush, then use if needed lens paper to gently remove any finger prints, etc.  

As for the tube, I would not reccommend cleaning this and would not know how the tube would get dirty? If you remove the lens to get to the tube, you will have to re-purg the unit as well. If your not savy on this work, send it out to have it cleaned and re-purged.  Hope this helps.
