I know this topic has come up quite a few times. But my form 1 was just approved last week and I have two cans pending. I was born in 1993. So yes. It is possible to get in the class III game before you are 21.

Great job!
I'm 28, and people still seem to think that I'm too young for NFA. At least you are getting a good head start. Oh, and entirely printed Form 1's look much neater... Just saying, for next time. :D |

Congratulations! I thought I was young when I got into NFA at 23. I probably would have done it earlier, but at the time I was living in MO and the laws didn't allow you to have NFA without an FFL at the time. All I can say is to be careful, those stamps have a habit of multiplying... It started out with an MP5K-PDW SBR, and now I'm 3 AR's, 4 suppressors, and 2 MP5's into it with me eying a Skorpion and a Krink...

Congrats I wish I had known about the NFA game at 18, definitely would of had a serious collection by now. I remember someone telling me about some of his stuff and thinking no way that's illegal. But you get wiser as you get older and eventually learn the rules.LOL

Old school hand writing huh? Nice! Haha. In all seriousness, enjoy the NFA world. I'm 27, and I really really really wish I would have started buying NFA stuff 9 years ago instead of 3 years ago. The amount of money I would have saved.......sigh. $100,000 on car crap that is now almost worthless ugh.....
Good job on being smart and not wasting money on pointless crap that just decreases in value like every other 18 years old! |

When did your Form 1 go pending?
Mine went pending Dec. 6... called today and the guy said "expect it in June". I know, I know, they always way overestimate. I just hope I have it back at least before the middle of April. |
