It's been a while since I sent in any NFA paperwork.  The last time I sent in my declaration, my certification, the page showing that I've added the items (suppressor and receiver) to my trust along with my checks and my completed form 1 and 4.  Have their been any changes regarding trusts requiring me to send anything additional?

Entire Trust Document
Schedule A,B,C, ect ect
2 copies of Form 1/4
Cert of compliance
Check written out to the Department of Justice OR Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

IIRC thats what you need.

DOH!!!!!

I forgot to send 2 copied of my form 1 and 4.

Any chance they will make copies for me?

I also didn't send in a copy of my Schedule A.  I did include the notarized document listing the new suppressor and receiver as being added to the trust though.

It is my understanding that Schedule A is not required at time of stamp application, since at the time the Trust is sent in, that receiver/whatever item is being applied for IS NOT ACTUALLY PROPERTY OF THE TRUST YET, and is not property of the trust until AFTER the stamp has been approved.

Can others confirm that they have NOT sent in Schedule A with Form 1 application and had no issues with approval?

If you already have NFA items approved via Trust, when sending a form 4 for another item, is the schedule A required(I thought it was not)?

Must I send in copies of the original notarized trust, or can I print a new copy and have it notarized (notary at work, and saves a trip to the safety deposit box)?
