This stuff confuses me. If I want a 40mm launcher, that is one NFA item, right? Now, to possess antipersonnell rounds, that is another NFA item, and premits the possession and/or construction of such rounds?

explosive ordnance is a DD, each round is, with a corresponding $200 tax (+actual cost for each round as well....)


it gets expensive real fast....


now solid rounds are not DD as far as I know, just the explosive ones....


making explosive rounds (legally) requires a special license of some sort or other (Class 2 manufacturer maybe?)
