What is the difference between the Yugo M59/66 and the MDL 59?

That is what I was thinking but on Century's website the MDL 59's picture shows a grenade launcher.

Mdl. 59 is basically a copy of the Soviet pattern SKS, and the 59/66 is the Yugoslav evolution of the design. I believe the 59/66 uses some stamped parts, too. I would opt for the M59, if not a Soviet SKS.
