I was thinking about ordering a laminate91/30 for a anniversary present to myself my wife agreed, cool wife. Even though I promised her no more till august she said if its from here it didn't count He he he
Anyway did the  laminate rifles ever see combat ,or are they post war rifles.  Allso any experiance with them are they worth the extra money?

Laminated M91/30 stock production was post WWII. Laminated stock production began in 1943 on M38s

Laminate stock Mosins were dispersed throughout the world during the Cold War.  They appeared in VN and possibly in Korea.  The Soviets were generous with small arms and Mosins were part of their largess.
